About me

Throughout my career, I have been dedicated to coaching directors and managers in small and medium-sized businesses, both in London and globally, to help them achieve their professional goals and realise their full potential.

My approach has also extended to supporting children and educating parents, fostering confidence and self-awareness from a young age. This passion led me to become a teacher, where I worked closely with children and young people to develop a growth mindset and a love for learning.

After taking a break to start my own family, I returned to business consulting, advising senior leaders on organisational direction and performance. I am an independent consultant specialising in SEND and Social Care improvement.

I also hold a Level 5 Executive Coaching qualification accredited by the Institute of Leadership and Management and a Level 7 certificate in Coaching Supervision, enabling me to support other coaches, and organisational leaders, in their growth and understanding of client relationships, which translates well to leaders and their teams.

My leadership in setting up business governance, board reporting, and monitoring has ensured strategic direction, accountability, and continuous improvement. Developing KPIs has helped measure success and drive organisational excellence, contributing to a more effective and responsive local governance.
